At RuahAds LLC, our business model is built on mutual accountability. We believe that if our performance systems do not deliver value for your company, we do not deserve your ongoing business. This document clearly defines how our fees, guarantees, and refunds are handled.

Monthly agency retainers ($1,500 Launchpad, $2,900 Growth Partner, $5,000+ Enterprise) cover professional labor, senior strategy execution by Jackson Turcios, custom creative design, landing page architecture, and daily ad account optimization.

• Initial Onboarding Period (First 14 Days): Substantial creative and engineering work occurs during the initial 5 to 7 days. Management fees for the active billing cycle are generally non-refundable once campaign production has begun.
• 30-Day Rolling Term: You are never locked into long-term annual contracts. If at any point you wish to conclude the partnership, simply provide 14 days' written notice prior to your next monthly renewal. You will not be billed for subsequent months.

4. The "Ruah Performance Guarantee"

For qualified Growth Partner ($2,900/mo) and Enterprise clients with agreed-upon KPIs in their written scope of work:

To qualify for the performance guarantee, the Client must:

• Maintain the mutually agreed minimum monthly ad spend ($1,500 - $3,000+) on active ad accounts without payment disruptions.
• Provide timely approval of creative assets and landing page copy within 48 business hours.
• Actively contact and follow up with inbound leads within the 24-hour response window (lead closing speed is vital to acquisition profitability).
